Tanzania Diabetes Association
The Tanzania Diabetes Association, established in Dar es Salaam in 1985, is playing a crucial role in providing people in Tanzania with essential diabetes care. The TDA has played a significant role in developing clinical protocols for diabetes, hypertension, and related non-communicable diseases.

IHI is an autonomous, non-for-profit organization registered in Tanzania dealing with health research. The mission of IHI is to develop and sustain a district-based health research and resource centre capable of generating new knowledge and relevant information for public health policy and actions.
University Computing Center

UCC provides ICT Products and Services to the University of Dar es Salaam community and the general public. UCC was originally established to conduct lectures for computer-related courses, to do research in informatics and to provide computing services and consultancy in ICT to both the university and the rest of the country. They are now a stand-alone limited liability company focused on the management and business side of Information and Communication Technology services.

Located in Zanzibar (east coast of Tanzania), the Zanzibits Center for Film & Multimedia aims to bridge the digital gap between the Tanzanian community and the rest of the world. Zanzibits provides free web design and computer training to low-income youth. These youth helped design the D-tree International website.
